ABOUT ASC HOUSING LIMITED
ASC Housing Limited is developing supported accommodation opportunities across the West Midlands, bringing together suitable homes, housing partners and a person-centred approach.
Our focus is on adults who need a stable housing pathway and practical help to build greater independence. Every potential placement should start with a conversation about the person’s needs, the support available and whether the accommodation is the right fit.
We’re building relationships with referral organisations and property owners in Birmingham, Walsall, Wolverhampton and Sandwell.
OUR PROPOSED SUPPORT APPROACH
Support should reflect the individual, with responsibilities and arrangements agreed before a placement begins.
Understanding the accommodation, household expectations and the everyday routines that help a person feel settled.
Help to understand budgeting, housing costs and benefit enquiries, with specialist advice where needed.
Building confidence with daily living, keeping appointments and making informed decisions.
Links to relevant health, wellbeing, learning and employment services in the local community.
The support offer, staffing arrangements and suitability of each property will be confirmed individually. Enquiries do not guarantee a placement.
FOR REFERRAL PARTNERS
We welcome discussions with housing options teams, charities, community organisations and other professionals supporting adults with housing-related needs.
For an initial enquiry, share the preferred area, general housing requirements and timescale. Please arrange a secure conversation before sending identifying details, health information or risk assessments.

A LITTLE MORE CLARITY
Supported accommodation combines a place to live with support to help someone manage housing and develop independence. The type and level of support vary between schemes and should be explained before a person moves in.
Yes. You can make an initial enquiry for yourself, as a family member or as a professional. If you are enquiring for someone else, make sure they know and agree. Please keep the first email general and avoid sensitive personal information.
We are developing our West Midlands offer. This website does not list confirmed vacancies. Please enquire about the area you need so availability and suitability can be discussed.
These depend on the property and support arrangements. Housing costs, any service charges, funding requirements and the support offer must be confirmed before a placement is agreed.
This website describes ASC’s proposed adult housing-related support approach. It does not advertise a registered care home, personal care service or accommodation for children.
We start with the property’s location, layout, condition and current permissions. Any lease, management arrangements, works and responsibilities are agreed in writing after assessment.
